Referral service, not a concreter

Concreting Adelaide is a lead-generation and referral service. We do not perform concreting work and we are not party to any contract between you and a partner concreter. Quoted prices, work quality, warranties, and timelines are the responsibility of the partner concreter, not Concreting Adelaide.

No warranty

We make no warranty as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or completion timeframe of any work performed by a partner concreter. Each concreter in our network is independently licensed where required (BWC licence for jobs over $20,000 inc GST) and responsible for their own work.

Disputes

Disputes between you and a partner concreter proceed under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA), Australian Consumer Law, and SACAT. We may assist with introductions but are not party to the dispute.
